This is a fantastic little apartment with a kitchen, separate bathroom and a shared living room/bedroom. The village is about 15 minutes walk away and there are a few nice pubs and restaurants. Caroline is lovely and kept us informed of the local amenities and suggestions for things to do. I really loved staying here and I can definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the coach house. It is a place with lots for history surrounded by beautiful nature and so close to the stunning castle of lismore. Caroline was an incredible host, provided us with lots of tipps and helped wherever she can. The area is fantastic for tanking long walks, but also just a few minutes away from the little town centre where you'll find anything you need. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a fantastic holiday experience. Chickens and donkeys where also a big plus ❤️

I had a wonderful stay in the Coach House in Lismore. The area is beautiful and quiet with lots to do in the surrounding areas. Caroline was the perfect house who was so warm and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice, tranquil getaway weekend.

We had a wonderful stay. Caroline was so friendly, warm and welcoming and made our stay perfect. We enjoyed an Afternoon Tea at Ballyin House and this was delicious and a must if you time your stay perfectly. Ballyin is a perfect location for walking into Lismore and also a walk along the strand. Fresh eggs for breakfast courtesy of the girls was an extra special delight. Caroline provided excellent recommendations of places to visit and things that were going on in the area. You will certainly be well looked after in the most peaceful location. Caroline is a perfect host and a fount of knowledge of the local area and able to provide some great recommendations. We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at Ballyin House with Caroline as host during our stay which was such a lovely treat and I can't recommend highly enough. It is a beautiful location and within walking distance into Lismore and close to some amazing walking trails in the hills. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable and cosy stay with fresh eggs from the girls making for a tasty breakfast.
