We stayed over a long weekend. Great location, beautiful little village. The views from the bedroom and balcony are fantastic. House is cosy, welcoming and warm. Kitchen is a bit dated, but well functioning and with character. Definitely a place to stay also for longer periods.

Ce charmant duplex nous a tout de suite plu! L'appartement est à la fois vaste, bien agencé, bien équipé. Un endroit chaleureux dans un petit village facilement accessible et cerise sur le gâteau, la vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Pour autant, la première station n'est pas loin. Nicoletta s'est montré très accueillante, s'assurant que nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires pour démarrer en douceur notre séjour. et profiter de chaque jour.

Stayed here for a few days of hiking. The accommodation was clean, cosy and perfect after a busy day. Nicoletta was always super responsive. Would highly recommend

Being three adults and a dog, visiting the attic during 5 days with beautiful weather we enjoyed very much the splendid mountains around Cortina d’Ampezzo, using our car every day. The village has a unique ambiance lasted from early times and you can live the mountain quietness, but no other amenities than a cute Taverna are present. The attic represents a typical mountain house of the last century of this area. All services are from that time but everything worked. We didn’t had the chance to meet Nicoletta but we had good communication and she was very available.

We loved the location of this apartment, close to Cortina and other points of interest within the Dolomites, but tucked away in a small village with beautiful views. The house has a lot of character and feels like a traditional mountain getaway. Self check-in was seamless and there was plenty of space for three friends traveling together. It's worth noting that we found the mattresses somewhat uncomfortable (I actually slept on a couch instead of the bed eventually) and one of the bedrooms was a bit stuffy without a window to open or A/C in the summer. With an update to the mattresses and maybe a fan or two, this place would be perfect! Even as-is, it provided a great base for exploring in the Dolomites at a reasonable price.
