Chambre simple et rustique. On entend seulement au loin le bruit continu de la grande route très passante. Anna est très sympathique et prête à donner tous les renseignements utiles. Le prix est tout de même élevé d'autant que le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus.

The farmhouse is a lovely place to stay! Sorrounded by beautiful green fields with cows, donkeys and horses. Anna is a wonderful host - kind, friendly, generous and helpful. We felt ourselves as at home in her house and definitely come back when we want to stay in Athlone! We highly reccomend her for everyone who needs a warm and peacful place to stay.

This place is ideal. Anna is such a wonderful and friendly host. The bed is so comfortable and the house is in an ideal location for reaching Athlone or, in our case, Glasson. Anna even gave us a lift to where we needed to be which was so appreciated. She couldn’t be nicer. Thanks Anna!

Anna is a lovely host: friendly, helpful, and unintrusive. The home is an older building just outside of Athlone; there is a shared bathroom, but individual sinks in the bedrooms. The kitchen downstairs is available for use as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the property (and the occasional farm animal or wildlife walking or waddling by). This spot is recommended for a quieter, calmer place to lay your head than a city hotel when visiting Athlone and its surroundings. An overall great stay!
