Amanda was a great host! We went to Athens for OUs graduation and we were so grateful to find this spot. The location was the perfect spot to be close to downtown without feeling like we were in the middle of all the action. It was private, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone. While we stayed there, Amanda had an issue with her HVAC system and there was no AC. While it was a tad warm, I cant knock Amanda because she handled everything to the best of her ability. She was extremely helpful by opening windows while we were away and tried everything to make sure we were comfortable! We come to Athens often and we would love to stay again next time we are in town.

We were visiting Athens to have a getaway with our daughter who lives in West Virginia. We chose Amanda's place because it is a little off the beaten path. We are so glad we did! We were close enough to Athens to enjoy what it has to offer while enjoying the peaceful and scenic countryside to relax and visit with each other. And an amazing winery practically on the doorstep! This home was perfect. The furniture was extremely comfortable (especially the beds). Amanda provided lots of little touches that were really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need, including staples and snacks. Will definitely book here again the next time we're in the Athens area.

This was the perfect place nestled just outside of town. Close enough to where it didn't take much time to get in town, but far enough aware that it felt peaceful and quiet in the evenings and morning.

The pictures don’t really do justice to the homey feeling in this house. It was decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. We were just down for a long weekend over Easter to see our son and our daughter came as well. We were very comfortable. It was very clean. They even left some quick breakfast items for us that were greatly appreciated! Great hosts with very quick replies to any communi-cations. Definitely would stay here again.
