Maria’s place is the most charming Victorian style home! I loved the older Victorian style homes it was beautiful, charming and I love home that have history! The neighborhood was great and I felt very safe to walk through the neighborhood! Maria was very informative of not only the neighborhood but also of the town! She was quick to answer and questions! I definitely would stay again with her !
Our reservation was inadvertently canceled by host.Host reached out to us to say we should rebook as it was canceled in error.Which we did but when reviewing charges at a later date service and cleaning fees had increased.I contacted Air B&B and was told the increased fee could not be returned to us because it had been paid already.Our host too contacted company and was told the same thing.The host elevated the request for return of the funds but at time of stay they had not yet responded. Air B&B should be held responsible for the return of the additional charges.
Maria has a lovely space in a wonderful neighborhood, and she was a thoughtful, gracious host who helped my wife, my toddler and me navigate a new city. It was a pleasure to stay at her home and we would recommend it to anyone!
This is a lovely house in a fabulous neighborhood. We took long walks in the neighborhood every day and enjoyed the restaurants (Jines, Red Fern), coffee shops, and stores (Steever's Candies) on Park Avenue. 23 school down the block from the house is a real gem. The house is comfortable. We loved the natural woodwork and the butler's pantry. The dining room table is great and served us very well for our Thanksgiving dinner together. It took us a while to figure out the microwave/convection oven, but we were successful in getting both aspects to work. The alternate side, on-street parking was a bit of a hassle, but we just focused on the challenge and made it work. Staying at the house facilitated a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration for us.
Maria is an outstanding host! The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and located in a FABULOUS neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. Exceptional stay in every way!

自我介绍
A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Rochester, NY, however, I spent my most of my winter and school breaks growing up in a Northern Italian city named Torino, and also on the Adriatic Seaside Coast in Rimini. This allowed me to know my grandparents and extended family and also taught me to become fluent with the beautiful Italian language and learn to cook at a young age. My favorite foods today are making a very simple meal that is homemade pasta, pizza and wine! All 3 from scratch! Here in Rochester, I graduated with a BA degree in Communications and Journalism. I worked as a local news reporter in my early years straight out of University. New technologies and changes in telecommunications fascinated me, and I had a passion for International Business Relations, so it was no surprise that my career slowly transformed into the Global Information Technology field. I traveled throughout Europe, and lived in Italy for 5 years, working for some big multinational corporations on many exciting, high tech and emerging technologies, while working on global product launches. I'm still working in the same field today, and enjoying myself immensely. In my spare time I enjoy the culinary arts and teach cooking lessons from my Master Chef's Kitchen. During the autumn months here in Upstate NY, I make wine in our beautiful Finger Lakes Region and have actually won a 1st place medal in a state amateur wine makers competition for our Cayuga White. I also enjoy oil painting, yoga, meditation, DIY home projects, spending time with my friends, and family, not to mention hosting my Air B&B Guests!
