Our family spent 4 nights at this place and it was safe and easy to find. The place is big enough for 5 people and its well stocked and newly renovated. There are a couple inconveniences, there is excessive noise from Highway 17, the bedsheets were not fitted properly and easily slipped off, pillows were not too comfy, and the garbage lid was broken. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. The place has portable a/c and is also very noisy. The internet speed is good and the TV channels are okay. The location of this place is between Victoria and Sydney and I personally find it safe and convenient to explore the North Saanich area. Also there is no blackout curtains in the rooms and it was very bright so we couldn’t enjoy our sleep. Lastly I don’t really find fair that we have to pay $80 in cleaning fees while also having to take the garbage outside and remove the bed sheets. Overall I really think this place has great potential if the owners address all these issues.
