Het is een mooi, ruim huis op een redelijk afgelegen plek. De routebeschrijving stuurde ons via een onbegaanbare weg, maar gelukkig bleek er een makkelijker route te zijn. Het is wat stoffig en rommelig en de tuin niet echt onderhouden, maar het is een heerlijke plek om te relaxen. Vlakbij het prachtige plaatsje Castelnuovo de porto wat echt een aanrader is. Eigenaar Gianluca is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert supersnel.

Pros - The host was very good and cooperative. He went extra mile to make our stay pleasant. The property was clean and top class. Cons - Some TLC is needed to make this a great property. The Wifi was one problem. The host showed us it was working on his phone, but we couldn’t get it working on any of our devices. The biggest problem was that there was no water supply on 2nd floor from the 2nd day. We managed with water supply on 1st floor as kitchen and one bathroom were on this floor. Thirdly, all showers have a major design fault. There is a pane missing in the enclosure which spills a lot of water into the floor. How this was approved beats my logic. The property is in a great quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Despite the short comings, we enjoyed our stay here and the hospitality of the host is a big plus

Pros: 30min to Rome, clean house, big enough for 8 people, kid friendly home, host can take your calls anytime, we did mid night check in and host is available to hand the keys. Cons: 1st floor common shower doesn’t have hot water supply, main bedroom’s hand shower doesn’t work, no shower gel…body gel and hand wash, Airbnb address link via maps directions are wrong Overall, okay 👍
