Guia’s place is located within a fenced and gated community. It is central to so many of Tuscany’s ancient cities and towns. We explored a new place almost daily and then returned for a refreshing dip in the pool and a homemade dinner. There is an excellent restaurant and a small butcher shop/grocery store five minutes away. A large supermarket/mall is about fifteen kilometers away. Guia stayed in a small independent building on the property. She was respectful of our privacy, yet responsive to our texts, and always willing to accommodate our needs. She is a fountain of good information. I had some concern about the summer heat and no air conditioning. Heavy built walls of the house moderate the temperature. Open screened windows at night allow cool air to penetrate the walls. Close all openings during daytime and the house remains refreshingly cool. The house was comfortable day and night with maximum temperatures of 33-34 Celsius. The bed and the house, comfortable. (Recommended)

Sehr nette Gastgeberin,private Parkplätze sind vorhanden,Florenz und Pisa sind in der Nähe ,35 Minuten (mit dem Auto) bis zum Strand ,alles bestens danke guia für deine Gastfreundschaft 🙏

Das Haus von Guia ist wärmstens wegen seiner Lage zu empfehlen, 30-60-90 Minuten zu bekannten (und weniger bekannten) Orten (Pisa, Florenz, Siena, Lucca, San Gimigniano, Montecatini Terme, Montecarlo, la Chiantigiana, Strada del Olivo ...) und Ausflügen in die Natur (Parco Migliarino ...) und ans Meer (Versilia ...). Lebhafte Badeorte und ruhige Strände.... Viel zu sehen und zu erleben, man hat die Qual der Wahl. Zudem ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet (Pool, Garten, Grill), sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Residenz, etwas außerhalb, nächste (größere) Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Altopascio (CONAD, 3-4km). Guia (und ihre Eltern nebenan) ist eine außerordentlich hilfsbereite, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, eine unerschöpfliche Quelle von Tipps / Ideen für Ausflüge, interessante / hilfreiche Adressen, gutes Essen ...
