Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Es gibt eine Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich klein und hat kein Fenster (falls dies jemanden stört).

地點距離大街有一段路程，晚上很靜出入有點驚，浴室去水較慢，沖涼會浸腳，其他都很好，很乾淨，住得很舒服，很喜歡有一個迷你小廚房。

Elly’s place is definitely one of the nice living room in HK. The location is quite near Quarry Bay MTR station, with a 10 mins walking distance from the MTR station. The room is nicely decorated and organized, with a private open kitchen and a private washroom, which is quite nice. Although the room does not have window, but the room has ventilations and an A/C, so it allows me to sit back and relax under hot summer weather here in Hong Kong. Elly is also very responsible and responsive. There are several occasions that I need to reach out, she did provide me with support promptly. Overall, very nice place, the landlord is nice, distance wise is very convenient with Bus, MTR and Tram services aside.

This place is great for someone who will be staying in HK for a short stay and also to experience a different side of HK. It's clean, not as tiny as some people might expect for the price in HK, extremely convenient being between both, Tai Koo and Quarry Bay station, with an underground arcade of supermarket, wet market and other shops and restaurants. The only reason this place wasn't given 5 stars, is that it's not mentioned (unless I missed it) that it doesn't have any windows. So, at times you won't know what the weather is like outside, or how bright it is which was something to get used to. The neighbors aren't loud, however the walls are thin, that if someone is a bit louder than usual, you will hear most of it. But other than that, the bed is comfy, the place is very clean, the amenities are sufficient and I really liked the location of the building, which was in a back street away from all the hustle and bustle of King's Road.
