Nice place for a stay in Buffalo. The place look exactly like the photos (except for that there is no longer a double-level bed and the room has two regular twin beds), good area, fully equipped home. Easy check in and clear instructions from Vanessa and inside the house. Want to note that we didn’t like the level of cleaning. The place takes a separate fee as it is dog friendly but I don’t appreciate how the house is cleaned for this even separate fee (even though it is not for pets, the comment is general). Dusty ventilators (so this not smth that they forgot to wipe them specifically this time), the bed frame was not even wiped at all. We were staying with a small dog and she found too many crumbles and small food pieces all over the house.

Vanessa’s place was perfect for our eclipse trip! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The house was just as described in the listing/pictures and we enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby park to view the eclipse. Peace Bridge is also super close if you fancy a walk to Canada. Vanessa has included a book with lists of personal recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which is a really nice touch for out of towners. As a note for future guests, this is a very residential neighborhood. It’s nice and quiet, which also means you aren’t a five-minute walk from a bustling main drag. There are some good-looking restaurants and whatnot within a 15-20 minute walk though. Lastly, if you plan to do any serious home cooking, you may want to bring your favorite tools as there aren’t a ton of pots/pans/utensils. We did fine making breakfast, spaghetti, and salad but any more prep or pots/pans would’ve been pushing it.

We can't say enough good things about our recent visit to V's Paradise! Location is awesome, home is *beautiful*, comfortable and clean. Everything was a breeze - directions/instructions for the home - check in - local suggestions - you name it! We all loved it; from the stocked coffee bar, to the cozy fireplace, (we played relaxing music on the Bluetooth speakers throughout the home), for the 4 of us plus the little one and the doggie - it was simply perfect! Vanessa is truly a wonderful host; responsive and kind. You can immediately tell she takes the extra steps to make you feel welcomed and right at home for your stay. Thank you, again! :)

Vanessa was a great host. Her airbnb is a little secrete gem in buffalo. no complaints and I would definitely come back here.

Great place to stay if you’re going to Buffalo Riverworks! Easy to Uber and a couple good low key bars to enjoy after. The place was clean and Vanessa is a very responsive host and has great customer service.
