A lovely studio apartment on the top level of an old store building. Great restaurant next door and central to two major spots on ESVA - Cape Charles and Onancock. Apartment itself was very comfortable and not cramped despite small size. Had a funky and fun style and a serviceable kitchen. We loved the cobblestone floor in the shower, the comfy bed, and deep leather loveseat.

The loft was nice and cozy. Instructions for the place was well laid out and communicated. Had everything I needed. I was on a work trip for two weeks, they extended my stay for a third week and Richard allowed me to stay longer. However, Richard needed to show the property for a future lessee. I worked with him to schedule a time they could come by as I had my dog there and was working Mon-Sat. We agreed on a time, 7:30pm. I took my dog out around 7:20 for our typical 30-minute walk. He said that would be plenty of time and that he'd let me know when they had left. The time eventually hit 8, and I sent a message asking if it was okay to return. No response. Left me in the dark until I finally sent a message stating I'd be back at the loft no later than 8:20 as I had to be up at 5 am every morning. I never had a response until it was time for me to check out. Lost some points for being inconsiderate that one evening. Other than that, it was an overall positive experience.
