The homestay was a wonderful world and felt very inviting. The pool was a highlight and all the rooms are situated right on it! Staff were very helpful and we felt taken care of. The one thing I would reduce the rating on is the infrastructure. There were two lights that weren't functioning and the one that worked was so bright in your eyes we never used it. They were able fix one. The shower heads were leaking and caused water all over the bathroom. I was I'll and could get food there anytime, so that was really nice.

I recommend this place to visit Ninh Binh. It’s close to the center of Tam Coc and really calm and relaxing too, the mix was perfect !

The whole family is very welcoming and there is always someone around to help you with any questions. We did have some communication problems because the place was overbooked and we didn‘t get the room that we wanted for 2 out of the 4 nights. They made up for it by letting us rent the bikes for free. The freshly made breakfast is also included in the price & together with the pool and the quiet atmosphere you get your money‘s worth.
