Lovely flat, ideal location, walking distance to restaurants, the square, city centre and port. The team was very responsive and immediately accommodated my requests. Will definitely be going back again

Not our finest Airbnb. We've stayed with Charles Hope apartments in Canary Wharf and it was much nicer. This place def needs some love. First off the family bathroom smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The walls were peeling in places and you could see where frames had been removed. One of the chairs was missing a wheel in the living room and was tilting to one side. The kitchen is very limited. You'd need to provide all your own everything for cooking in regards to seasonings, oil, etc. They did supply coffee and tea. Very limited cookware as well. Thankfully we were only there for 3 nights and ate out instead of trying to cook. The beds were very comfortable though. The towels were nice and they provided some bath wash as well. It is a very noisy street. On the weekend we could hear people out and about till the early morning hours. Lots of traffic as well. Parking is expensive at 15 pounds a night. Location was perfect though to get to most places. We were there for a dive comp and could walk to the pool. Huge mall nearby with loads of restaurants. However, we wouldn't stay here again. Communication is great with this company though and they helped us with a few issues.
