We had a great short stay. We were visiting my daughter at University of Southampton and this was a great location. Very clean and looked just like the picture. We would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here twice now, it's a really good place to stay! The house is very clean and in a good area near some good pubs. Location is excellent, especially if you need to go to the university or the common. Check in is painless and Jade is very accommodating. There is a small amount of road noise, but it didn't bug any of us. The house feels quite spacious and the quality of the furnishings are great.

Jade was a responsive and helpful host. Unfortunately, last minute issues meant we were unable to use the originally booked accommodation but Jade was proactive in offering us a choice of suitable alternatives. The place we finally stayed was perfect for our plans being within walking distance of the city centre, restaurants, bars, cinema and also the IoW ferry/red jet. We had a great weekend.

Jade was extremely responsive. We had one issue with hot water in shower which she sorted out immediately.
