This apartment was exactly what we needed for our family of 6 (husband, wife, son, grandma1, grandma2, and grandma2's boyfriend. The rooms, the living room, the 2 full baths and a half bath (w/ toilet and small sink) accommodated our needs and provided us with our privacy and space. We used the kitchen every day either for breakfast, dinners, or both. Our host was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed to contact him before, during, and after our trip. Location wise, the building was in a quiet location, very accessible to public transit, uber, and bolt, as well as walking distance to various sites (we regularly walked in the westward direction of Palais Garnier or southward to the river and beyond. All in all, a very happy and successful vacation for our family!

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the location, architectural details, and beautiful apartment. The area is magnificent and we felt like locals while staying there. The building has so much charm and character…..that being said it is old and the plumbing acted up a bit. Martin was quick to respond and everything was taken care of. We would love to stay at Martin’s on our next trip to Paris !!!
