I spent four nights in Lavender Annex and would absolutely stay here again!The host was very responsive and answered questions or attend any request. It was exactly what I expected based on the description and the photos. It has a lovely garden for guests to use,I really enjoyed having my breakfast there in the sun everyday.The kitchen/diner is very cozy and well equipped (has enough cutlery, plates, pans, and all the cooking appliances needed and it is well illuminated through a skylight, just like the bathroom and shower. The fridge/freezer very good capacity.There were many welcoming details like coffee, tea, chocolate, little pack of cookies, milk, hand soap and lotion, etc. Everything is carefully thought.The double bed is very comfortable.The place also has good washing facilities.The location is very convenient, in a peaceful neighborhood only a 15 minute walk to the village high street.The check-in and check-out was very smooth. I can recommend this place without any hesitation

We had a lovely stay here when visiting family. The place was exactly as in the pictures, extremely comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Lovely little touches like cereal and milk available. Karen was very helpful and responsive, and it was perfect for our purposes. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Perfect stop for the night on our way down to Cornwall. Quiet location in a lovely town. Karen gave us all the info we needed before we arrived to make the stopover easy and carefree.
