房子很舒服，位置也很好

清洁费高达100镑 房东还和平台投诉我们房间造的乱七八糟 一个房间只动了一半被子 一个房间看起来乱了一点只是铺了两块浴巾在地上担心弄脏地毯 餐桌上的垃圾也是清理掉就好 进入房间有种说不出的味道不是很舒适 地理位置较好 浴缸感受也不错 但是性价比一般 清洁费巨高

We had a lovely stay here, the house is decorated beautifully and looks just like the pictures. The location is ideal and we were very happy to be close to shops and restaurants and Lake Windermere. Our only negative feedback would be that items in the kitchen such as the pans and the grill were not clean and there was spoiled milk in the bottom of the fridge that led to a bad smell that remained whenever we opened the fridge and the ironing board was mouldy. However, these issues would not stop us from returning! When we did contact the owner as the hot tub was not ready on arrival, they came out to us the next day to get this set up and also replaced the ironing board when we mentioned that our issues. We were pleased with how proactive the hosts were and grateful to them for being so accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

The house itself is lovely and the bedroom decor is amazing. Check in was easy, the front room is cozy with large TV above fireplace and comfy sofas. The kitchen was good size and lots of kitchen utensils to use. There was rubbish left behind in the fridge from previous guests, and also we used the oven which hadn’t been cleaned and became very smoky due to oil which had been left on the bottom of the oven from previous guests. There was no water in the hot tub for our stay as there was a leak which meant the water kept draining. A technician kindly came out to look at it during our stay but advised we may just need to keep filling it with water ourselves. Each time we came to use it, it had just completely drained again, which is a shame as we did want to use it. Otherwise, the house is in a great location close to bars and shops, and the house is nicely decorated and generally clean. Not sure I would visit again as I felt it was a lot of money for issues we came across.
