Matthew was superb in providing what guests required. Cottage situated in an isolated location and you can have a peaceful and relaxing time there. We had a perfect fire pit night with some portable BBQ and some light music. Perfect place for family gathering. Although the facilities are basic kids love the bunker beds and they had good time by seeing farm animals.

Kids loved it and was safe for them to go wild for the day!!! Great to watch them free in the countryside.

this is a place for a fine weather stay. Lovely sheltered outdoor space with seating and room for fire pit, children to play and lots going on in surrounding buildings. We were a group of 6 and there was just about enough room in the living area when it was too cold to be outside. Good basic facilities, all cleaned and set up for our arrival. plenty of towels linen, heating and hot water. I would stay here again but not in a party of 10. Thankyou Matt, we all enjoyed our stay!
