Beautiful property!!!!

I can’t tell whether this was a series of unfortunate events, or how the host typically runs their properties. But we were told just days prior to our trip that this property was inhospitable, and we had to move to a different property instead. They didn’t give us much notice despite the fact that they told us the previous guests were moved, too. When we arrived to the replacement property, the house was a complete mess. Dog urine on the floor. Broken shot glasses by the hot tub. Backyard lawn completely ripped up and covered in temporary tarp. Trash still in bins. When we complained about these issues, the host deflected rather than overtly apologized. I appreciate, however, that the host allowed us to fully cancel and stay while airbnb took the multiple hours needed to find us a replacement property (itself a nightmare). Even still, the host claimed we had too many people (7 instead of our original 6) and that we were hosting an event (which we weren’t) and was generally defensive.

Had last minute change from host due to variable reasons.....After finally settled-in the back up property from host on 1xxx Beverly Estates, this property clearly wasn't ready for the check-in. Paid for the early check-in @ 10AM, when I arrived @ 10AM, cleaning crew were still cleaning....Requested the air mattress from host IN PERSON, and the host agreed it will be available the same day, unfortunately by the evening, it was never delivered, contacted host by texts/messages/phone calls, never received responses....Had to ended up book a hotel near by for my guests.... One of the bathrooms from master bedroom the shower temperature adjuster was broken, again contacted host, never received any responses, so my male/female guests had to share a bathroom which was awkward and inconvenience.... My guests were from oversea visiting L.A., everybody were very disappointed from how the host was handling the issues.... Definitely not a pleasant experience with the experiences.....

Great house with multiple rooms. Gorgeous view, the place offers a pool, jacuzzi, a basketball court in one of the best location of LA!
