Came to town for my baby shower and stayed here with some friends who had never been to the finger lakes! They loved the area and the old charm of the home. Had everything we needed for a group of 8, thanks for hosting!

Our Seneca7 team had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of space to relax and recover, and the location was peaceful but also walkable to downtown. We would happily stay here again!

Jim was very accommodating and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The house was perfect for our group of two families (with enough kitchen gear to cook a real meal) and a great location accessible to downtown and the waterfront. We will be back next time we're in the area!

Jim was great and responsive but the place was a bit old and not exactly the cleanest Airbnb we have been in, despite it being a large enough space to host us. The location was perfectly central. However, the tub was rusty and dirty, some towels were musty, and one of the beds had dead flies under the sheets when we cleared the sheets, per the checkout instructions. And for those staying, please know there is a cemetery behind the yard.

My family decided to spend New Year's in the Finger Lakes, and Jim's place in Geneva was the perfect location. In warmer weather, great restaurants and coffee are within walking distance, and some fantastic breweries and wineries are only a short drive. The house was as pictured/described, clean and inviting. A welcome package of local cookies and coffee was a nice surprise! Thanks Jim!
