Wer Camping mag, ist hier genau richtig! Der Dauercamper ist großzügig ausgebaut, es fehlt an nix. Auch die sehr sauberen Sanitäranlagen sind direkt ums Eck. Camping Aufenfeld ist wie ein großer Spielplatz für die Kids und es gibt überall was zu entdecken. Im Winter ist man schnell in den schönsten Skigebieten im Zillertal. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich schnell und direkt um etwaige Anliegen.
Great location and services offered by the camping. Friendly and helpful host. However, the pricing was somewhat misleading. There was multiple additional expenses, only mentioned in the description, which varied by season. This made it difficult to compare prices. Moreover, it ended up costing twice as what was listed.
My stay at Camping Aufenfeld Zillerglückhütte was disappointing. Host Luise lacked hospitality, and the accommodation had cleanliness issues, broken appliances, and safety concerns. Communication was problematic, with pressured demands to pay fees directly into Luise's personal Pay Pal account. The broken door incident was distressing, with accusations and a €10,000 penalty threat, resulting in a loss of earnings. Hotel reception offered little support, and the resolution involved a friend breaking in with a crowbar. Luise's apology seemed more concerned about the door's cost than my comfort. In summary, my stay was marred by cleanliness, communication, and safety issues, coupled with a lack of empathy. The resolution was inadequate, and compensation did not reflect the inconvenience. I share this review to help others make informed accommodation choices.
Unser Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Unterkunft bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe. Die Anbindung an die Skigebiete war hervorragend. Wir möchten besonders die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Luise hervorheben. Luise war äußerst nett und unkompliziert, und der Check-In und Check-Out am Campingplatz verliefen problemlos. Die gute Anbindung an die Skigebiete hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ein Skibus fährt direkt vom Campingplatz zur Zillertal-Arena und ins Hochzillertal. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung, und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter!
Ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie, lokal viele Angebote für Kinder und viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
