Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. L’immeuble est très calme et tout est accessible à pied (plage, commerces, restaurants). La terrasse est un vrai plus.

Apartment is very spacious, spotless with everything you need. Large sunny terrace. Complex is beautiful with large pool, lovely gardens with all communal areas spotless. Great location as only 15 minutes into Alicante centre by cheap and reliable trams. Local area has a large variety of bakeries, bars and restaurants of a high quality. 5 minutes walk to a long sandy beach with a great promenade. Would highly recommend the apartment and playa San Juan.

We absolutely enjoyed Tati's apartment. It is located in an upscale neighborhood, part of a new and modern residential complex. It's very easy to get there by public transportation, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. There's a supermarket very close, a few local fruits and vegetables shops, and within a few km radius there are many other shopping options. Communication with Tati is quick and easy, she's always available if you need to reach out for help.
