Cute 700 square foot renovated cottage. One block to beautiful private/association Lake Michigan beach. Excellent location for biking, restaurants, breweries. Common room with kitchenette, dining, and lounge space. Bunk room sleeps 4 off the great room. Separate bathroom with washer and dryer. A lofted queen bed above bathroom requires vertical ladder climb. Comfortable double pullout couch in lounge space. Next door to Blue Plate Bakery and Cafe which is currently closed for renovations.

Cozy house. All the amenities. Loft bed ladder was a bit much for our old bones, but otherwise great place!
the cottage was exactly as described and met all of our needs. we had a great time at the beach!
The cottage was simple and peaceful. Super close to the beach with many winding paths and places to explore. Howard was incredibly responsive to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Be sure to bring some comfy shoes, the beach is just a few steps and stairs away.
