This house is in an incredible location and you can hear and see the lake from most rooms. The beach is wonderful. The Wi-Fi was far better than we expected and was fast and strong for five people on devices. Comfortable beds though some require walking through another bedroom—fine for kids. As described, this is an older home, so you need to be aware of what that means. The stairs to the upper floor are somewhat steep and narrow. No problem unless someone has a mobility problem. The bath in the upstairs bathroom is too high for anyone who isn’t agile, so the downstairs bathroom shower is the only other option. Not as easy when all of the bedrooms are upstairs. Windows are difficult to open and close and we could not get Tim to respond when we had questions via text. I also had to call ABB to get the code for the door, which had been promised 48 hours before we checked in. Do I recommend the house, despite the above? Absolutely, as long as you know what to expect.

The location of Tim’s place is simply unbeatable. It was a terrific stay for our family with two little kids.

The house was exactly as depicted in the listing. The beds we used were very comfortable. The house is large with wonderful porches for socializing. We really enjoyed the beach view and access. Just remember your bug spray!
