Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Mildred and breathtaking ocean views. Mildred was one of the best additions to the house. Ivan was also fantastic, providing excellent communication. .The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped and you have access to a barbecue grill on the property. There is an 8 person outdoor dining table and 8 person dining table inside, so you have plenty of space for huge family gatherings to enjoy Mildred’s excellent prepared food. The house is very private and completely gated. The outdoor yard is equally impressive and very well kept. We did not have any issues with bugs or mosquitos. The beach is less then 1 min away. It was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to enjoy long walks on the sand, morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Short taxi ride to nearby restaurants.

Ivan’s house is a perfect place for a family vacation in my favorite spot in the Dominican Republic. The house is beautiful and looks exactly as the pictures, very comfortable , has everything you need and very clean. I love how peaceful this area is the beach never disappoints, as usual. Ivan is an excellent host , very polite, always available to answer any questions and flexible. I recommend his place 100%.

Villa PG was wonderful and Ivan was a fantastic host. Great communication. The house is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach but also plenty of privacy. Mildred the housekeeper was friendly and welcoming, and also cooks a great San Cocho. Plan to stay here again!

Perfektes Haus, unglaublich schöner Strand. Besser gehts nicht. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Strand, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Garten ist riesig. Das Haus sieht sogar besser aus als auf den Fotos.
