We arrived later than planned because our flight was delayed. Heidi was understanding, offered us her help and gave us a more than friendly welcome. The house is beautiful, it is very clean and nicely furnished. In the morning you can see deer in front of the house. It is simply wonderful!

Our second time staying at Heidi's place and we definitely will be making it a yearly tradition. A lovely, spacious and clean annex. The surroundings are beautiful and we loved having dinner each night overlooking the wildlife. Lots of rabbits, squirrels, various types of birds and our personal favourite - the family of deers. Heidi was very welcoming, helpful and friendly and always responds quickly if you have any questions. Looking forward to next years stay already!

This was our second stay and once again we found it the perfect location for an immediately and completely relaxing and restful few days. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and the setting is perfect for walking straight out of the door into the rolling countryside along footpaths and lanes to nearby villages and the interesting terrain of the Redgrave and Lopham Fens. It is a bonus that there are some excellent pubs within easy walking distance serving plenty of gluten-free options (pizza at The Greyhound in Botesdale and The Cross Keys in Redgrave). Redgrave is also an excellent base to explore the wider area such as the city of Norwich and the historically and architecturally fascinating Bury St Edmunds that we visited for the first time (is there anywhere in the whole of the U.K. that has a higher density of wonderful old buildings?). Heidi’s place in Redgrave might be the best part of a six hour drive from our home but we will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely stay at Heidi's place. The space is amazing, our little boy (1 year old) loved crawling around the huge open plan area and the views onto the garden and countryside are beautiful. It was lovely and private. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Heidi's done a great job with the decor, it felt homely but uncluttered. Would definitely recommend! Also second Heidi's recommendation of local pub for an amazing meal, the Cross Keys, had the most amazing pies and gravy!! Thank you Heidi for a fabulous stay and all the wonderful recommendations in your guidebook! x
