Pénélope is a great host. Wonderful apartment near the Gare du Lyon and situated in the upper floor of a historical building. There's plenty of space with lots of books of all sorts plus French and English literature. The house is very quiet. The flat has two floors, a nice terrace, two bathrooms, an well equipped kitchen, well working Wifi. In brief: Perfect for a relaxed stay in Paris.

très beaux loft, au calme, on fait son sport minimum 4 fois par jours 100 marches mais c'est bon pour les mollets sinon une hôte très agréable j'y retournerai avec plaisir merci Penelope et bonne année

It was an absolute privilege to stay at Penelope's gorgeous, stylish apartment. Although Penelope was away for the weekend, she made sure to meet us upon arrival, show us the space and make us feel extremely comfortable with making the place our own for four nights. We even bumped into each other on the way home and said goodbye like old friends. The reviews are all true - Penelope is such a wonderful, friendly, open, responsive host and the pictures don't do the place justice. It's a truly unique bohemian, jazzy space, with music on demand the rare option of outside space, and we hope to stay there again! The neighbourhood was great too, we felt safe and loved the local market which was great for fruit and vintage shopping. Transport was easy and particularly handy if travelling via Gare De Lyon; Le Marais and all its charm was a short walk away. Thanks for having us Penelope, we loved our pitstop!

Appartamento al quinto piano con scala a chiocciola classica da film e una scala interna sempre a chiocciola ma questa antica per salire al piano superiore dell'appartamento. La prima camera luminosa e spaziosa e la seconda si trova nel sottotetto. Bel terrazzino sui tetti di Parigi. Bagno ben organizzato. L' appartamento è arredato con gusto e tutto molto pulito. Situato in zona tranquilla molto comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione Gare de Lyon.
