Cuando llegué al hotel el Sr. Francisco me dijo que fuera a la primera habitación y habia gente lo cual incómodo a todos. La 2da habitación el a/c no funcionaba y me hiso apagar y prender breakers pero no funcionaba. En la tercera habitación la nevera no estaba enfriando bien pero ok. Se me quedó una ropa en el closet y le escrito al Sr. Francisco pero no contesta nada. En el hotel no hay personal al menos el día que fuí no habia nadie. La piscina apagan las luces a las 8pm.

It was my second time in this place, for the first time everything was great. Now the second time, the host did not give me a room number nor the pin number for the master code to be able to get the key. He did not respond to text or calls. I had to call Airbnb customer service; they tried to make contact with him too and couldn't get a hold of him either. Airbnb customer service proceed to cancel the resrevation and help me to look for another place to stay.
