Great area with restaurants nearby and the beach is just steps away across the street. Down the road is an awesome frappe place to get a shake and a small snack like an empanada. The host Liamm and Peter are amazing - extremely responsive to all communications. They also offer other services such as guided tours of the island for an additional fee for your all inclusive traveling experience.

Liamm and Pete are very friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants and sights. I definitely recommend this place in Patillas. It’s so close to the beach and the restaurants down the street are delicious! The AC in the rooms worked great and there are games for kids. The kids LOVED the pool in the back!

Liamm and Pete are great hosts. Communication was easy, replies were quick whenever we had questions. We enjoyed our stay. We felt at home from day 1. It has everything we needed for a relaxed vacation. The house and the backyard are nicely decorated and very welcoming, pool and BBQ are at our disposition. Nice neighborhood with restaurants at walking distances and the beach is practically 3 min walk. We had a rental car and the location is perfect to visit this beautiful Island. The only regret we have is that one week is not enough. But we will be back. Thank you Liamm and Pete for your hospitality!

Pete and Liam are the supreme hosts! They provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would love to return to this charming, beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful, and heavenly part of Puerto Rico.
