Great and peaceful place to stay, Erika was very responsive. All the areas are clean and well maintained. Not a noisy place. All we hear is nature, birds, and the ocean.

The location was perfect for visiting family between Arroyo and Patillas. The property amenities were great for the kids to be able to go out and play. I do wish they had a complete dish set, extra sheets, and comforter. But, this did not take away from the experience. There was an instance where the toilet did not work but Erica saw to it that it was taken care of asap. The internet was not working but we weren't in need of it so it made no difference to us. I would definitely rent again

Very responsive host! Beautiful condo close to amenities. Erika was attentive to our questions and needs… no matter the time. The property is well taken care of. Definitely an addition on our list favorite places to stay! Thank you Erika!
