It was a last minute booking to cover some local work commitment's. The property was well rac signed and very easy to find. This is a top end short term rental. F&F have spared no expense, its set inside a beautiful farm with awesome views and is really good value for money. We will definitely rebook for the future in both professional and personal circumstances. Thank you Kate, it really was a comfy few days. Gareth

We had a great time here. The accommodation was beautiful, really lovely. Our boys really enjoyed seeing the animals on the farm each day as well as the space - they loved the books and building blocks! Good location with easy access to lots of local attractions via car. The house is well equipped and the beds were super comfy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm. Right from booking Kate was extremely helpful & quick in responses. The Granary was immaculate & very tastefully furnished. (Gave me some great ideas to update bits in my own house- hopefully my husband had enough rest in Kempley so he can don his paintbrush again….!) Expect an overwhelmingly peaceful stay whilst spotting some livestock & farm animals dotted about the farm. A small note about being dog friendly- I was super impressed with attention to detail here. Often ‘friendly’ means tolerated but Kate has you covered with old towels for muddy paws & bowls. The Granary is very dog friendly as I imagine the other cottages are & it really made a huge difference in welcoming us in for the week. Very much recommend The Barns at Friars Court for an Easter egg hunt! Thank you so much Kate, we look forward to returning again soon.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Granary. On arrival, we stepped in and it was gorgeous, just like the photos but better! Beautiful interior and it’s been really well thought out. Kitchen is a lovely space to cook, living area a wonderful place to relax. Bedrooms are beautiful and an extremely comfortable bed! Very roomy and plenty of space to put your belongings. Bathroom hosts a large shower and bath, both of which are lovely, shower is the best shower I’ve ever had! Super powerful!! It was raining the whole stay so unfortunately we didn’t get to see the animals out and about but nevertheless we still had a fabulous stay! Very good value for money & the hosts were friendly. We had a great time away! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone if you want a peaceful, relaxing stay! We will be back during the summer with our dogs! Thank you Kate and family!

Really comfortable and lonely accomodation in a beautiful setting. We were lucky enough to see 4 baby lambs white as snow freshly delivered whilst we were there.
