A really nice guy - the whole family is pleasant. Good people. We have been here before. Peaceful property and well located with a very walkable area and all conveniences nearby.

Joey's place was exactly what I needed - a simple convenient room with wi-fi and amenities with free parking that was a short drive to the beaches I wanted to check out. Joey had great communication and hospitality the entire time I was there. A bit of remodeling going on so my room wasn't 100% complete, but I didn't mind. It was more than what I needed and the other housemates were cool people I enjoyed chatting with.

You couldn’t ask for a better host. Friendly, tentative, amenable and just an all around great bnb. Clean and equipped with all the utilities one would need. Definitely a satisfying stay
