Dream house, tastefully decorated, immersed in nature, with a very well-kept garden. The loud noise from a nearby building site spoiled the first day, but was not a problem for the following days. The air conditioning, essential at times during the day, works perfectly in the 2 bedrooms and the living room. Most windows have mosquito nets, although mosquitoes are inevitable. The kitchen and other household equipment worked perfectly. The swimming pool, with slightly salty water, is perfect. Unfortunately on the last day the water turned green, making it unusable, but apparently this was a temporary problem. A very appreciable touch, the sheets and household linen were replaced halfway through the stay. Located 7-8 minutes by car/scooter from Vathi, it is essential to have private transport to get around, as it is unthinkable to walk to the village in the middle of the day due to the extremely high summer temperatures.

You need to have clear instructions to find the place. If you drive, it should be a small car and a skilled driver. The place is beautiful and private. There was road work going on but it didn't bother me. The screens are not functional on the doors or windows so be prepared to close it down dusk and dawn. It needs some updating like toilet lids broken but it is a great price for what you get. Quite beautiful and well located near Vathi.

This villa is so peaceful and pretty, it is secluded and private and has all you need for a comfortable stay. You definitely need to a hire a car to get around as it’s a good 8 minute drive to Vathy where there are great bars and restaurants, a really good super market along with beaches and the rest of the island. There was a mid stay changeover and clean by two really lovely ladies. The stay did have a few small incidents - such as electricity / wifi and water being out but this was based on a storm that came across the island and I think some building work as the area is being developed but the host was prompt to have it fixed and keep us informed when we asked for updates. All in all I would recommend and definitely consider staying again if I came back to the island.

The home is a quaint traditional stone house. It has a lovely pool. However, it is a good 10 minutes drive outside of Vathy, you therefore require either a rented car or have to use taxis. The host is not a good communicator. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which never worked. He never returned any messages or repaired it in the week we were there.

Una casa acogedora. Sitio muy tranquilo alejado de Vathi i del bullicio. Desde la casa se ve la salida del sol. Alguna de las mosquiteras no cerraba bien.
