Great place to relax and reset.

The house is great...very well stocked. We had actually forgot a fish fryer and thought we were going to have to buy one but there was one in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of bowls and utensils for cooking. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to spread out. If you drink alcohol make sure you pack it because it is kind of a drive to get it. The only concern one might have, would be the traffic that the boat dock receives (not the owners fault). The owners boats are on the lift of the dock, so you have to park your boat on the outside of the dock leaving it exposed to the elements and wake surf boats, and they simply do not care about how close they get to the dock. Now, the owners did help with letting us borrow their buoys, but I will be honest...It can get pretty rough. I would say if you have a boat you care about, then bring big buoys and a couple of really good dock tie ropes because the waves from those boats are horrendous

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were great also. We especially enjoyed the gazebo (with great views) and the two level dock.

Braden’s Lake House was a beautiful escape for the holidays! Our family had a great time enjoying the views and relaxation. The house was clean and provided mostly everything we needed for our stay. Spacious rooms with lots of space for us to spread out as needed. Overall we had a great trip!

Beautiful home , impeccable decorating. We were a. Family of 11 who love this house and location. This was our third visit here . We had a great weekend together at this beautiful home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to have some relaxing time at Smith Lake.
