Bev’s place was great! Lots of room and even though it was in a fairly high traffic area the house is very soundproof so we we’re not bothered by the street noise! It was great to have the front porch and all the high end appliances! Beds were super comfy too! Very convenient location and easily accessible/walkable to all the downtown amenities! Bev was very responsive in all communication which made it very smooth for check-in and out. Overall a great stay for our group!

The Smart house was everything we had hoped for in a smarthouse. Responsive, funny, helpful and, occassionally spontaneous. How we chuckled. Bev is a dream host.

This house was fabulous. It was clean and has all immunities of home. It was walking distance to all the shops in Charlottetown! Bev was marvellous and returned our emails promptly. We will stay again!!
