WOW - this was an amazing stay! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is fully equipped, including a wonderful outdoor deck with outstanding views! What made this trip even more special, the responsiveness and friendliness of the local team PLUS the absolutely fantastic food & beverage amenities offered as part of the rental. We ate & drank our way to even greater happiness in the Douro Valley! This is truly a diamond in the Douro! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our stay was wonderful. Breakfast from Fatima was the highlight of the morning. Plenty of space and all the amenities. I wish we could have used the outdoor space, but unfortunately the rain kept us in. We would definitely stay here again! Parking was easy on the street. We felt very safe here.

This was such a treat for our family to stay at! We truly enjoyed the patio and found the entire place to be comfortable and clean! The cherry on top was Fatima, who brings breakfast over and dropped off goodies for our kids and us to enjoy during our stay - she was such a treasure to meet! There were a few lovely kitties around that our kids absolutely LOVED playing with! Paula met us at the place to show us where to park and how to get in and was so kind to send recommendations on places to go - it was incredibly helpful to have local information! This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to take some time to relax on our trip between busy sightseeing in the big cities and to enjoy some delicious port!

Vera's Casa was fantastic from the beautiful linens, bathrooms with monogrammed towels to the amazing breakfast Fatima delivered each morning. The deck was great although it rained the entire time we were there. Paula's recommendations were great. The welcome port and cookies was a complete bonus!
