Very clean place to stay and centrally located. if using all the bedrooms then great value, otherwise competitive with local rates but gains the home functionality as a benefit. the beds are very comfortable, multiple hardness pillows supplied, black out curtains since located in town center, shower pressure good. key drawback is later than standard check-in and earlier than normal check-out; backed up with a 4 page (?) rental contract. The contract is extremely inclusive with clear parameters for entrance/exit, including to run the dishwasher? Typical divisive nature of Airbnb to clean when cleaning fees are charged. Driven by Canadian regulation/property management, unknown. Dropped ratings linked to check out process, I checked out early having breakfast and i was contacted at 10.37am (10.30 CO) to move my car from driveway so cleaner CAN access rental? there is street parking in house front, how is car in driveway blocking entrance. think rental contract. but the unit is nice.

The White House on King St. is well kept and centrally located in Niagara on the Lake, within easy walking distance to the old downtown area. It's quite roomy inside, with three bathrooms, a finished basement and separate laundry room. While we were just a couple, it could easily handle more people with not too much compromise in privacy. We used very little of the facilities and appliances but they are all available to you and of good quality. There is also an ample back yard, with furniture and a bbq suitable for use during warmer weather. It has easy access to parkland for hiking by the lake and the Niagara River.

The location was excellent. We walked to all the restaurants we had booked and the theatre. I would definitely stay at The Whitehouse again.
