Featured in Philadelphia Magazine's Getaways column for June/July 2020, each of our hotels is a historic property that has been converted into an upscale hotel space with modern amenities complemented by historic touches that reflect the unique history and sense of place of each property. The key operating philosophy of the hotel arm of the Settlers Hospitality Group is to provide an independent and authentic lodging experience that is guest focused, locally flavored and pet friendly. The group’s core mission focuses on the guest experience while incorporating a high standard of hospitality consistent with Triple A four diamond quality criteria across all our accommodations. In effect, the hospitality group is the community’s resort, providing guests access to the entire hospitality group’s amenities where they experience a common core philosophy and outstanding service across the many facets of our brand. All of the hotels are members of professional associations which reflect the group’s operating values, including Historic Hotels of America, Select Registry, Green Lodging with the Delaware Highlands Conservancy and various local and state associations.
