Spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas, wszystko było zgodne z opisem i gospodarz bardzo miły :) Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy, szczególnie latem :)
Wspaniale spędzony czas! Przemili i pomocni gospodarze, wyjątkowo czyste i zadbane wnętrza. Wokół piękne widoki, cisza i spokój. Możliwość korzystania z różnych atrakcji i spróbowania lokalnych przysmaków. Dziękujemy i polecamy!:)
All was great, I booked a stay for my parents, they loved Agnieszka's place and the area. Communication with the hosts was great too. Much recommended. Dziekuje :)
All this you can find on a natural, approx. two ha large meadow with its own small deciduous forest and in a remote location directly on Lake Beniaskie, off the tranquil village of Bieniasze in the municipality of Milakowo in Warmia region, four km west of the Pasleka river nature reserve and directly bordering the nature reserve of Lake Wuksniki.
The approx. 300 m long shore line on Lake Beniaskie borders the land to the east, forest and fields to the south, meadows with a wet biotope and hills to the west and north. On the shore of the lake is the old Beniaskie! jetty, where your rowing boat is moored. From the jetty, you can jump into the lake and swim a few laps, or over to the jetty of the manor house. You can also perfectly fish in the lake - the annual fishing championship of the community takes place here occasionally and capital catfish and pikes are regularly spotted and caught.
The entire plot covers about 14 ha, is crossed by two small seasonal streams with pools and wetlands and is very hilly - from the viewpoint (152 m above sea level) you have a fantastic view over north-western Warmia. On the other side of the estate is Wuksniki Lake, with 68 m the deepest lake in Warmia-Masuria and featuring crystal clear waters (ideal for diving!). To its large sandy beach with a long bathing and diving pier you'll get via field and forest paths on foot or by our Beniaskie! bicycles. With our bicycles you can also comfortably explore extensive forests of the surrounding area to the Pasleka River or Lake Narie. Depending on the season, you can find blueberries, blackberries, wild strawberries, currants, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, and much more. At night, you may look at the fascinating clear Warmian-Masurian sky with countless stars.
Carefree holidays can be enjoyed here because you can romp around in nature on one hand, but on the other explore Olsztyn with old town, arboretum, planetarium, aqua park, wakeboard lift, and high rope park, Ostroda with the world-famous Oberland Canal, or the nearby Gdansk & Vistula Lagoon. Many of the other attractions of Warmia-Masuria can be easily discovered in day trips.
Bieniasze is situated on a small countryside road between Milakowo and Swiatki / Lukta. Distance from Frankfurt (Oder) border crossing is 543 km, of which 449 km of highway resp. four lane expressway, rest well-developed country road. From the border Frankfurt (Oder) you only need five hours! Or by train in 6:37 from Berlin central station via Poznan to Ostroda, or to Gamerki Wielki with taxi to Beniaskie!. From Skandinavia and the Baltics, you will land in Gdansk / Gdynia port, just a good our away from Beniaskie!. Of course, by plane even faster, to Gdansk (GDN) or Olsztyn-Mazury (SZY) from many European cities and then further to Beniaskie! by rental car.
For shopping or services you will reach Milakowo in a few minutes. There are small grocery stores, butcher shop, bakery, post office, (dental) doctor and vet, pharmacy, ATM, petrol station and much more. The historic Klekotki Mill also is nearby, where delicious regional specialties are being served in a rustic environment. From many organic farmers in the area you can buy bread, eggs, me, (goat) cheese, cider, (lavendel) honey, Hereford T-Bones & Burgers and other organic products made according to traditional recipes. If possible, we are happy to bringing something for you, also in the morning like rolls & co.
And if you don't want to cook, you can row over to the old manor house: on pre-order there is a delicious and rich, enchanting dinner with hot and cold dishes, almost everything from own cultivation and slaughter. Or a rustic evening BBQ around the campfire with grilled ham. Please don't forget the torch while rowing home; in new moon or foggy evenings you may land on the wrong bank...
