Had a great time , house was spotless, hot tub very clean no complaints at all will be booking again Parking on drive off the street was also good to have as we didn’t need to use the car everything is walking distance

Location of Airbnb is excellent as it’s a couple of minutes walk l to the harbour and based on a quiet street. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. It needs a deep clean as it was very dusty and felt grubby. The photos of the garden do not represent the property too as it’s very overgrown and not presentable. A few broken items including a rusty whisk which the cleaners can’t possibly have missed if it was checked. Bulbs out/ headboard broken etc. It’s a shame as the property is in such an excellent position. The hot tub was checked daily and was a lovely temperature. We did report these issues to the host so hopefully they will be sorted for other guests.

Lovely house in a great location. Brilliant host. Very peaceful location but only 5 minutes into town centre. Shower in front bedroom was amazing. Only thing that let it down was the pillows

Fabulous town house to stay at Whitby. Fully modernised with all the fixtures and fittings you would expect. Location is ideal as a short walk brings you into the village. Be aware that the house sits above whitby and a very steep cobbled path has to be negotiated. Not for the not so mobile person.

What a stunning home, spacious and comfortable and really clean. Views from the top of the garden were fab and the hot tub was an added bonus which was cleaned every morning. Lots of garden furniture so you can enjoy the outside space when the sun was shining. Kitchen was really well equipped, the only thing we missed was having a bread knife or a sharper knife that would cut our bread cakes for our bacon sandwiches, we did manage but it was a little struggle. It’s a short walk down into Whitby, the route we used was steep with cobbles but we just took our time, I’m not sure if there are other routes so maybe those that are unsteady on their feet might struggle although there are good handrails along the path. We parked 3 good sized cars easily which was great. The downstairs flush can get stuck but a little jiggle and it pops back out again. There were 6 in our party and we all said we would return. Thank you Ali
