So let me start by saying this is by no means a 5 star hotel, but for the price and location your really can't beat it and you kinda feel at home. The house was clean and tidy, the host took care of all of our concerns quickly and without hesitation. The few issues we had they fixed very quickly. She made sure we had what we needed to make our stay great. The house is outside of town so it's quiet and the people nearby are friendly. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds one with 3 bunkbeds. There was a total of 8 people in my party and I felt it was roomy enough for us all. The deck and tikibar was a nice touch as we spent our evenings there. The River was kinda easily accessible once you explored the area and found the little beach for access to the river. We done the lazy river beautiful scenery. There is no wifi, but the tv gets a few stations for those who want to watch a little tv. but it's no big deal. It makes for more time for family and friends.

It was a cute place in a sense, honestly just not worth what we paid for the spacing etc… not bashing them at all just people Who rented before etc maybe? Broken chairs nails and everything all over the deck random tools sitting around screen room was very messy the carpet turned our feet/socks black moldy dish washer and sink was dirty. Back room had no a/c or fan working.. stairs down to the creek were broken and hand rail. I am not one to complain but what I paid for this was just way to much.. I ended up having to leave early.

The place was great! The river was beautiful, the party deck was exactly what I wanted and more. The house was accommodating for all of us comfortably.
