It is in a beautiful place, an ourdoor persons paradise. Deer were in the yard several times. On the other hand, the AC units did not cool the place if directions/rules were followed. One AC unit needed an extension cord which was not available. No hot water at the bathroom sink and washing machine. The TV room had several stains in the carpet and on warm/hot days it had an overbearing smell of urine. The method used to hide the odor were those plug in room fresheners which made an odor of flowery urine. it would be much better if the owner attemptedto remove the stains from the carpet or better yet remove the carpet. As much as the owners charge they can afford to do that. also they charge way more than what it is worth. I know the owner will be upset with this review, but it's the truth. Go read the review from the tenant in May of this year.

Very disappointed in this unit. While you dont expet a 5-star accommodations in the town of Conconully. I do expect a place that is clean. This mobile home sits in a gravel area. My husband had to pick up piles of dried dog poop so it would not be tracked in the house. The Cabin is cute when you walk in but dirty! Windowsills full of dead bugs and dirt, cobwebs with dead bugs hanging from the ceiling, countertops dirty as well as the refrigerator. No working ceiling light in the dining area. We had to clean before we moved our stuff in. DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE! Sat on the couch with black jeans on, when I stood up the back of my pants were covered in dog hair. A dog bone, potato chips, a pair of glasses, and sheets that were still on the bed! GROSS. Carpet had pet stains on it (potty). As you can imagine the place did not smell good, especially when it heated up during the day. Washing machine had old smelly towels in it. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Would not recommend!!

Awesome spot! Loved our stay there. And not just because it is where I've had breakfast a million times in its past. :) Very comfy, and being RIGHT on the creek is really nice.

Beautiful location! The wifi worked well for remote work the entire month we were there. There were some hiccups in communication but Tracey helped everything get sorted out in the end.
