My only “complaint” would be the $200 cleaning fee. For that kind of money, none of us thought we’d have to take the garbage out to the garage. Some new que sticks would be nice lol. Other than that, it was a perfect space for a family reunion, love the sound of the river at night btw.

We had a great stay at Andrea's place- the house was perfect for three couples for a ski weekend. We appreciated how close the house was to town and all the trails, while also being right by the river, with quiet space around. Things were well marked or with clear instructions in the house, and everything was spotless clean, and comfortable. The large living room and dining area was great for sharing meals and playing games, and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day of skiing. We would love to come back again next year!

This is our second stay so we are happy returning renters. The house is comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. We especially enjoy the living room with comfortable couches, lots of windows and views of the river, and we played ping pong and pool daily. We also love the kitchen. It's truly fully stocked for whatever cooking you might want to do. The refrigerator is spacious too. The house in general looks like it's not just set up to be a rental, but is used by the owners, so everything you need is here.

The Riverside Winthrop Chalet suited our group's needs--a place to rest and relax after being out all day cross country skiing and a short distance from Winthrop.
