I've stayed in Grinnell several times and this is the best place by far. The beautiful, peaceful surroundings are very relaxing. It's a perfect proximity to Grinnell College (my reason for coming to town) and the fun little town and its offerings. Melissa is a wonderful host - kind and generous in working with her. I hope to be back. Thank you Melissa!

My wife always wanted to stay in a tony home and this property gave us the opportunity to do that! It had everything we needed and was in a nice and secluded location. Plus the town of Ginnell was very charming with great local restaurants and coffee shops. We were in town for the Indycar weekend and the location couldn't have been better. Easy in and out of the town and the speedway to get back, plus only being 20 minutes away from the Speedway was awesome. Overall, we loved the place and next time we are in Iowa we are happy to come back to this property.

This is my second time staying at Melissa’s place. I appreciate the private setting and the close parking. It was clean and well stocked. The towels were awesome! If I were to suggest one thing, it would be blackout curtains so I could sleep in a little longer. But no biggy. I will likely stay there again if the event I traveled for is in that area again.
