Location is great. Main property needs a bit of a facelift for Livingstone AirBnB standards, being an international tourist destination. Kitchen needs remodeling to include more modern amenities. Proper bar for guests which can be improved. Did not have any WiFi or TV in the room which should be standard. Should take advantage of the Central Location to improve on services and potentially charge higher.

Le logement est simple mais efficace. Il est très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, de restaurants et de la gare de bus. Il y a la climatisation et une moustiquaire. L’hôte est très réactif et donne de bons conseils, l’arrivée et le départ bien gérés. Par contre, j y étais les deux nuits du week-end et la nuit, la musique était très bruyante à cause d’un bar pas loin. Il y avait aussi pas mal d’insectes qui rentraient dans l’appartement, mais c est assez souvent le cas dans la région. Sinon très bon logement.

It was a last minute booking as I checked in pretty late. The host was responsive. There was a kid who checked me in. With his limitations he tried his best to help me. Overall an ok deal.

It’s a nice and clean airbnb. The host was very kind. If we are visiting Livingstone again we will visit this airbnb again!
