The home suited our needs. I do suggest to the owner to leave dish soap/dishwasher soap. Buy more tall drinking glasses as there was only one, plenty of short ones. Repair floors where you have duct tape holding down damage flooring in multiple areas. Also a good paint job….quite a few scuffs and marks on the walls. We had 6 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also less expensive than us getting hotel rooms for the weekend.

This was the most spartan AirBNB that we have stayed in. There were no extra towels, bedding, toilet paper, garbage bags and other supplies. We always replace what we use and then leave some extra supplies behind, but did not get the feeling that was the way this AirBNB operated. Pros are that it was the right size, good location and good price point for what we needed. Cons are that it definitely needs some maintenance and TLC. Walls are dirty and scuffed, floors have duct tape in multiple places, carpets are stained, blinds on sliding glass door are in disrepair, could use a deep cleaning.

House was as described in portfolio. Very nice area and house was clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Do have some suggestions for homeowner. It would be nice to have a desk and chair in the master BR under the TV, along with another bedside table. Just one bedside table in the room is not very convenient. Bed lamp in one of the bedrooms didn't work (bulb blown?). Also, the house sleeps six, but dining room only has 4 chairs. We found no trash bags under the kitchen sink as instructions indicated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever in the area for a stay.
