The Farm is not only perfectly located a stones throw from a quaint pebble cove and a beautiful sandy beach on the South West Coast Path, but it is well connected to a whole host of destination sites and restaurants that cater for all. We would love to be able to list all of these for you, but we can't as there is so much to see and do. However, we hope the few things we have listed below are a good help to get you started.
The farm is ideally situated on the South West Coastal Path. 1 hour in either direction can see you in the beautiful fishing town of Brixham or in the seaside town of Paignton, both of which offer an array of restaurants, cafes and bars for your enjoyment. For those more adventurous, you can extend the walk to Kingswear, Dartmouth or Torquay.
If you want to save your legs, the round robin allows you to enjoy the Steam Railway and a boat cruise along the beautiful River Dart... a day trip not to be missed.
National Trust properties near the farm include the famous Agatha Christie's Greenway House and Gardens, as well as Coleton Fishacre. Also, Dartmoor National Park is an approx 45minute drive where you can enjoy moor and riverside walks (and a Devonshire cream tea of course!).
The two beaches 5 minutes by the farm offer both a sandy and pebbly option, with a cafe at Broadsands Beach for that much needed ice cream (or glass of wine!).
Children are well-catered for: Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Leisure Park, Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern, Splashdown Waterpark, Crealy Adventure Park and many other destinations are all within vicinity of the farm.
There are a plethora of restaurants, cafes and bars across the bay and beyond and we've got our own little hidden gems that we'll happily share with you during your stay. Not only that but we're extremely lucky to live in amongst a mixture of countryside and seaside for you to enjoy.

The area is easy to explore by car, but for those where this is not an option, there are also good bus services only a 15 minute walk from the farm.
In terms of getting to the farm, the National Rail station at Paignton (10 minutes taxi ride) makes the area well-connected to all major cities across the UK with a train to London in approx 3 hours.
