Fantastic house exactly as described. Loads of space, clean and well presented and the hot tub was a treat! Very responsive host and would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again.

We are a large party of Nine. This is our second year, staying in Johns, Air BB.The home is large enough to sleep all nine of us in comfort. We like to walk and there are many places to explore. Paignton is not too far away where you can explore and en-joy a meal in the town at a reasonable price. The weather always makes a difference to the stay and although it was wet in the mornings we were lucky to have sunny afternoons and made the most of them. We did have a couple of issues with a toaster and the dishwasher but a call to John and these issues were soon put right. We would recommend Johns B&B without hesitation . Rob.

A group of 10 women stayed her for 3 nights. We were all very impressed with the accommodation. The house is huge. The decking outside has just been replaced and is a lovely outside area. The weather wasn'tgreat so we didn't use it very much. The hot tub room was big enough for us all to sit in whilst using the tub. The lounge dining area is big and comfortable. Master ensuite bedroom is downstairs with a lovely wet room and huge bath. There is another toilet on the ground floor and then a further bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. There are 4 more bedrooms upstairs, 1 twin and the other 3 have huge, very comfortable beds in. The kitchen is very well equipped with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and a separate utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We walked into Paignton, a lovely walk along the coast. We had a great time and hopefully we will return one day.
