There is a full modern kitchen along with a dishwasher for your convenience, a wine fridge, a sink disposal for ease of cooking, ice maker, living room with smart TV including American/Mexican channels. This floor has a comfortable and well-appointed living room and dining room as well as a table outside for those who want the eat al fresco. Each room has its own AC unit with remote. Washer and dryer is available for guest use on the first floor. The second floor has access stairs to the third floor and the other 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuites. The primary room has a safe where you can store your valuables. The third floor is open air where you can take in the sounds of the ocean, lounge on sun beds, and make use of the table and chairs and sink. One parking space available on the property in a covered gated area Tastefully decorated ,Villa Karina has an outdoor shower, a large pool with hand rails and a shaded palapa area with comfortable seating. The quaint town itself is a very low-key destination, with welcoming energy. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town as well as a weekend market and you won’t have to deal with the swarms of people that you find in many other Riviera Maya destinations. Make sure to stop at many restaurants, it’s what the town is famous for and the daily catch is almost guaranteed to be scrumptious here! Walking to the center of town via the beach will take only 20 minutes from Villa Karina but you will pass many beach clubs along the way to stop and have a drink and meet a few locals.
