Joe’s apartment was perfect for the two nights we were there for the recent eclipse. It was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, and tea that were left in the kitchen. We only ate breakfast there but the kitchen was well equipped and could easily have handled us cooking a full meal. Joe also placed extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, as well as a few boxes of Kleenex in the bedrooms - small touches that were very much appreciated. There are 19 steps to the unit, so it might not be best for those with mobility issues. The steps are quite wide, however. Also, while the apartment appears to have been recently renovated, it is in an old building that has very ‘wavy’ floors. They weren’t a problem, but again might pose an issue to someone who is unsteady on their feet. We really enjoyed our stay in Joe’s apartment and can recommend it without reservation.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour entre amis. Joe est un hôte généreux, des commodités offertes à la facilité de communication. Nous avions aisément d'intimité pour avoir nos espaces de couples respectifs. Le logement est chaleureux et à proximité des services. Toutefois prévoir les déplacements en véhicule pour plus de choix de restaurants. Merci!

There are 19 stairs to climb but the stairs well is very wide. House is super clean.
